If you fancy a trip out to the cinema with the kid(s) or can afford the ££ to rent at home, then The Wild Robot is an excellent family choice. Dreamworks bring us a really nice movie that just has all the ingredients to make it enjoyable for everyone. It has a sort of Wall-E meets Zootropolis kind of vibe and has a more modern storyline to go with it.

It follows the adventures of a Robot called Roz, who is shipwrecked on an uninhabited island and has to adapt to its environment and surroundings. It’s robots, animals and has a sweet storyline that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside…if you are into movies like this.

A wonderful 8/10 movie for us - we think the whole family will enjoy.
