Week 2 of AG1

I’m not one to get carried away and often wonder how much of a placebo effect there is from products that you try out for the first time and that we possibly try to convince ourselves in our minds that we’re seeing improvements - when maybe we’re not.

As you know from Week 1 - we were throwing AG1 in at the deep end. I have a weak immune system generally, I’m exhausted having worked all year with little time off at all and the kids are unwell with the cold - Child 1 the weekend before I start using AG1 and Child 2 midway through Week 1 of taking AG1. The weather is up and down like a yo-yo and with work I’m going from cold outside to roasting hot households.

I have to admit that I don’t notice any real changes yet (but note that the literature with AG1 comment on how people feel after 30 days - so I’m in it for the long haul anyway). What I do know is that I wake up and look forward to filling my flask with AH1 and having it as my morning drink. I have grown to enjoy the taste more and it still keeps me satisfied appetite-wise until lunchtime. Both the wife and I have come down with sore throats by the end of the week and they have worsened over the weekend, as we head into Week 3. of taking AG1. Even though I’m tired and feeling a bit poorly, I mentally feel quite positive - like the lurgie is not getting me down. I dont know if that’s down to AG1 or if it’s just the general good feeling of Christmas time and knowing I’ve a couple of weeks off on the horizon.

One thing I’d note is that I haven’t started using the welcome pack yet - as I haven’t filmed the contents of it yet for an accompanying video. On the bag it says that you should us “a heaped tablespoon” per daily drink and that should last 30 days - I’m on around day 20 as I write this and using very slightly heaped tables spoons each day - the bag is already almost empty, so I’m not sure whats happened there with regards to portions. I’d be tempted to suggest you use a heaped teaspoon, rather than tablespoon - or just use the provided scoop in the welcome pack.

I’m looking forward to Week 3 - and keen to see if AG1 helps kick this lurgie into touch, without developing into anything too serious.
